"If you want the BEST customer service, follow-up and purchase experience, you should deal with Zimmerer Kabota. I purchased a RTV1140CPX in April from Isaac Zimmerer over the phone. We already knew this was the model we wanted and was able to add accessories and obtain a fair price. We added 2 bench seats and rails for the bed.Since they were not a stock item, I had to wait for them but was assured that they would deliver and install them as well as a couple of other small items. Since I had not done business with them before, I had to put my trust in Isaac that he would make good on his promise. William delivered the RTV and went over all the features and even accompanied us to test it's ability to climb a 120 ft hill. This RTV took the challenge and with ease made it to the top and this sealed the deal on Easter weekend. Isaac and William treated us so well and extended not only good but superior customer service!!! The RTV is spectacular!!!! We use it daily at our RV park and transport our guests on it to tour the park/ranch.....Totally recommend the RTV and Isaac and William!!! "
